1. Privacy Policy (NDPA 2023)

Data Controller: Dan Logic Web Solutions (danlogicwebsolutions@gmail.com · 09077329120 / 08114567946).

Role. D-Coramed is an IT marketplace. Independent MDCN-licensed providers are separate data controllers of clinical information they collect during consultations.

What we collect. Account identifiers, verification credentials (MDCN folio, SMOH/HEFAMAA license, CAC RC, NDPC number), banking details for Paystack payouts, booking metadata, and encrypted clinical logs.

Lawful basis (NDPA §25). Consent, contract performance, and legitimate interest for platform integrity and fraud prevention.

Access control. Clinical logs are protected by database row-level security. Only the patient and the assigned provider can access them.

Your rights (NDPA §34–§40). Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection.

Breach notification. We notify the NDPC and affected users within 72 hours of any qualifying breach.

2. Terms of Service

Marketplace model. D-Coramed is neither a hospital nor a clinical provider. All medical services are rendered by independent, MDCN-licensed practitioners and SMOH/HEFAMAA-licensed facilities listed on the platform.

Zero clinical liability. Dan Logic Web Solutions provides IT infrastructure only. Clinical outcomes, diagnoses, prescriptions, and follow-up care are the sole responsibility of the treating provider.

Payments. Consultation fees are collected via Paystack's split-payment engine. The platform commission is disclosed transparently on every booking.

Controlled substances. Prescription of narcotics and controlled drugs (e.g., Tramadol, Fentanyl, Morphine) via this platform is prohibited and technically blocked at the prescription layer.

Emergencies. This platform is not for emergencies. Dial 112 or proceed to the nearest hospital.

3. Compliance Posture

CAC (BNR: 9473019) — Corporate registration active with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
NDPC (NDPC/DCP/12884) — Registered Data Controller of Major Importance under the NDPA 2023.
MDCN alignment — All practising providers are cross-checked against portal.mdcn.gov.ng before activation.
CBN / NIBSS — Payouts routed through NUBAN-validated bank accounts via Paystack subaccounts.
Row-level security — Consultation logs are cryptographically isolated per patient/provider pair.
