Terms of Service

1. Nature of D-Coramed. D-Coramed is a technology marketplace. Dan Logic Web Solutions provides software infrastructure only and is not a healthcare provider. Clinical services are provided by independent MDCN-licensed practitioners or SMOH-licensed facilities.

2. Zero clinical liability. Dan Logic Web Solutions accepts no responsibility for clinical judgement, diagnosis, prescription, or outcome. Providers act as independent data controllers and clinical decision-makers.

3. Emergency exclusion. D-Coramed is not an emergency service. Users experiencing life-threatening symptoms must attend a physical hospital immediately.

4. Payments. Payments are processed through Paystack under a split-transaction model. Dan Logic Web Solutions collects a platform commission (default 20%, adjustable 5–40%) automatically on the payment network.

5. Prohibited prescriptions. Controlled narcotics may not be prescribed via the platform, in line with MDCN Telemedicine Guidelines.

6. Provider obligations. Providers warrant that their MDCN folio / SMOH license is current and that they carry appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

7. Suspension. Dan Logic may suspend any account that violates these terms, MDCN rules, or NDPA obligations.

8. Governing law. Federal Republic of Nigeria.
